Returns and Refund Policy
All our products pass through stringent quality checks to ensure positive experience to all our customers.
Currently we support 7 Days return policy. In case you have any issue with the product received, the same can be informed to us through Contact Us page, or WhatsApp, or email to email@example.com .
In case of refund or return, kindly initiate the mail to firstname.lastname@example.org citing the order ID and the product. We will initiate the pick up for the return and the courier will pick up the return item(s).
We send our products in hard corrugated box. You are advised to keep the box safe with you for future purpose in case you want to return any product. Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact.
Once the returned products are assessed as passed by our QC experts, we will process the refund within 24 hours and the refund shall take 5-7 business days to reflect back to your account. Please note that handing over the return to the courier won't be considered for refund. Only after the assessment of the returned products, the refund shall be processed.
To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
In case of cancellation, the cancellation request must be submitted within 3 hours of placing the order. Once request is received, we will initiate the refund within 72 hours. Once the refund is initiated, the amount shall reflect in your bank account within 4-5 business days.
In case of returns, once the return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 48 hours. In case of payment done through Cash on Delivery mode, the refund shall be done via UPI or bank transfer, the details of which will be taken by our customer support in due time.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you'd like to cancel your order, you must notify us by sending mail to email@example.com mentioning your order ID within three hours of placement of order.
Steps to raise return request-
- Notify our team within 3 hours of order created and share the issue particulars using Contact Us page.
- Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.
- On cancellation done, we will process the refund within 72 hours from the cancellation request.
- Once the refund is processed, it shall reflect in your bank account within 4-6 business days.
This policy is for the benefit of our buyers and support them in their business. We reserve the right to discontinue services and/or block account of such users, who are found to be misusing or exploiting these policies or making fraudulent requests; without prior notice.
