It’s a good product but very heavy in weight - wanted to use it as laundry basket but with its weight and with clothes in it it will get very heavy- also the height of the shorter one cd be increased by 3” more to make it more usable / the tall one can do with 3” more width - it’s too narrow
Very good product . Sturdy and allows separation of whites and coloured . The cloth comes off easily to be carried to the laundry room .
It's made of jute, so it is natural and environmentally friendly. The natural materials make it look very aesthetic and beautiful in any set up.
I have placed it in my balcony which has a roof so it's protected from rain but definitely gets a lot of sun and wind. Have been using it for 2 months now, no complaints yet.
The built quality is strong and it's a sturdy product. Doesn't need any special care. Uptil now, there have been no issues of collapsing on it's own or losing shape if not filled with laundry.
Has an inner lining which can be removed and washed. The lining in itself is fine but the elastic on it's mouth that sits on the opening of the basket is not of a very good quality. It's quite weak and the company should look into that.
It also has buffers at it's bottom to give it an edge from the floor. Though it's slightly raised, the gap isn't that much that if you keep it on a wet floor, it won't get wet from the bottom.
The basket met my expectations, looks aesthetic, is naturally-made and you can just forget about it after you start using it. What else is required?
The jute doesn't have an odor and it comes with a fragrance sachet placed inside it, which you can discard once you start using it.
Packing was good, well-secured, proper care and thought put behind keeping it undamaged and in-shape during transportation.
Customer service is also very good. I am very satisfied by their polite and timely response.

It is exactly the way they ve shown in the pictures. Attention to detail is everything. They've looked out for minute details to craft properly to give exquisite look and functionality altogether. I found Little problem with the odour though! It should go away eventually, otherwise this is perfect.
